Complete a Pre-Review Questionnaire (PRQ). The AAP sends the facility a PRQ, which the facility completes within 90 days of receipt. The AAP identifies surveyors with the appropriate clinical expertise and without conflicts of interest, and the survey team reviews the information prior to the site visit.
