I've used Rogers, Teksavvy and Acanac for cable internet around downtown. They're all poor - (Rogers is incredibly expensive; Teksavvy is a reseller of Rogers and therefore at their mercy)- but Acanac has earned a special place in the asshole of my heart. Acanac is a good choice capable to satisfy the majority of internet needs in households in Ontario and Quebec.
